At Metco Industries, Inc. quality plays a very important role in day-to-day operations. Personnel in the quality department at Metco, are highly trained in all facets of inspection techniques to ensure the customer's products meet and/or exceed their requirements.
The quality department operates 24 hours a day and works hand in hand with the production supervisors to ensure the quality standards during all phases of production. Metco gives quality department personnel the authority to stop any and all processes in which they feel are not producing conforming components.
Metco believes in continuous improvements through employee training programs, will ensure customer's components are inspected utilizing the most recent techniques.
Metco Industries is continually upgrading and reassessing new equipment needs based on not only new part requirements, but also on continuous improvements of existing components. Quality starts at the blending stage and follows all orders closely throughout the processes that each piece requires.
Our team commitment to quality has earned Metco Industries certification to QS9000 and ISO 9002. This system of quality assurance, requires bi-annual re-certification by an independent auditing firm, in order to keep the certification. Metco Industries first obtained this certification in 1998. Through total team commitment, Metco Industries will continue to strive to ensure the customer receives a superior product.
